I have not received my order
Unfortunately once I dispatch your order it is no longer in my hands.
As per the Royal Mail terms and conditions you are required to wait at least:
United Kingdom - 14 days
Anywhere else - 6 weeks
This is because mail can get lost and then find its way home eventually - in the meantime we cannot ask Royal Mail for a refund.
If you have waited longer than these dates please don’t hesitate to contact me! Only then can we arrange a replacement/refund whilst I contact Royal Mail to open a case with their delivery services.

The colours are not what I expected
Please note that the colours of my items vary depending on your monitor. I would recommend full screen brightness for a more realistic image. If you have any questions regarding the colours of an item before purchase please feel free to contact us.
Refunds will not be given for this complaint, however you are more than welcome to return the item for a full refund, providing it is returned in the same condition and in its original packaging.

Customs charges
I have no control over the custom charges required by your country. The charges will be requested when the item reaches your sorting office and once paid will release your item for delivery.
Buyers are responsible for checking and paying for custom charges.
